Alara and Valentina
We're looking to adopt a baby
Hello, we are Alara and Valentina, thank you for taking the time to learn a little about us! Our story is like one of those paintings full of dots that, when connected, create a beautiful and unexpected picture of our life.
It's been clear to us since the beginning that our seemingly distant backgrounds were, in reality, very similar and somehow connected. Alara grew up in Turkiye and lived on a farm with her parents and sister. Valentina was born and raised in Italy with two siblings. Her family has lived on a farm for generations.
We both chose similar college degrees, though very distant in space and time, that brought us to move to the US and build our own lives following our dreams in a new country, with all the excitement and challenges that this entails. We each got jobs at the same company in Maryland, and that is how our first connection happened.
Immediately we started to explore all the things we had in common, becoming friends over Saturday morning coffees that would end with dinner at our favorite spots around the city. We were constantly craving time together, and our dating consisted of running, grocery shopping, cooking dinner together, and building furniture for our new home.
Our love has been growing with our relationship, we are grateful for the life we were able to build for ourselves, and we have lots of love we're ready to share with a child through open adoption if you feel we are the right fit.
